1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SlidePosts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

The Service allows you to generate AI-driven video content for business and marketing purposes. You are responsible for the content you provide, including its accuracy, legality, and respect for third-party intellectual property.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

4. Credits & Payments

• Credit System: Generation of video and audio requires the use of credits. Credits are purchased via Stripe.
• No Refunds: Credits purchased are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Service Limits: We reserve the right to limit the amount of credits purchased or usage rates.

5. Content & Ownership

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment, we grant you the rights to use the videos generated by the Service for your own commercial or personal use. However, we do not guarantee the copyrightability of AI-generated content under all jurisdictions.

6. Instagram & Facebook Integration

By connecting your Instagram account, you authorise SlidePosts to publish video content to Instagram on your behalf using the Meta Graph API. This authorisation is used exclusively to deliver the Autonomous Creator feature — publishing Reels according to your configured schedule.

• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content published to your Instagram account complies with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.
• Revocation: You can disconnect your Instagram account and revoke SlidePosts's publishing access at any time from your account settings. You may also revoke access directly via your Instagram settings under "Apps and Websites."
• No unauthorised use: We will never post to your Instagram account outside of actions you have explicitly configured within the Service.

8. Visibility & Cloning

• Public Exports: All exported videos are hosted on public URLs. By exporting a video, you acknowledge that anyone with the link can view your video.
• Project Sharing: Anyone with the unique link to your project workspace can view the scenes and configuration of that project.
• Cloning: Other users may only clone your project configuration into their own accounts if you have explicitly marked the project as "Public" in the project settings.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities, including but not limited to generating deepfakes, misleading advertisements, or infringing on the rights of others.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
